I have being instructing and conducting behavioural work since 2000 in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire but moved back to this area in 2005 to be closer to my family; as I was born in Shrewsbury and grew up in Oswestry.
From 2000 to 2005 I instructed at Cranbourne Dog Training School; one of the largest, most successful schools in the UK. During that time I twice attended (2000 and 2001) the Volhard Dog Instructor’s Camp in Massacusetts, USA. (see links.) I have completed the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology’s Pet Behavioural course; tutored by Peter Neville, Sarah Whitehead, Robin Walker and Val Strong. I am a Member of the Kennel Clubs Accreditation Scheme for Instructors, working towards accreditation. I take an on-going approach to my learning and attend a number of seminars and workshops each year to ensure I am upto date with current thinking and training methods.
